I have used Cook Travel now two times. I highly recommend. Francis took highly personalized care of me in a very delicate situation. I lost my mom when I was on a trip and he went above and beyond to take care to get me home and to get the situation handled in a caring manner. I can’t recommend Francis enough! Thank you!

Excellent experience. I travel monthly globally as well as U.S. domestic. I have worked with Cook Travel for about four years. The staff are professional, efficient, price sensitive, comprehensive understanding of the airline and hotel market, and they go out of their way to understand and accommodate the needs of each client. I highly recommend Cook Travel.

This was our first experience using Cook. They found us business class flights at a steep discount to what we were able to find on our own and suggested hotels that turned out to be terrific both for rooms and service and location. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I can't say enough about Cook Travel. I own a travel company and still use Cook for my business and first class air arrangements. Beatta and Dennis are wonderful. The entire team will get you the best rates possible for Biz and 1st class. Don't leave home... without calling them first!

Fabrizio and the team at Cook have been wonderful to work with!!! They sourced the best-priced, best-schedule biz class flights for us, and then, when a family emergency arose, helped us with alternate arrangements, all the while being kind, courteous and professional. We will look to Cook to help us with our travel needs in the future. They are the best!!!! We recommend them highly!!!!

Katrina Roberts is outstanding. She worked a very creative schedule of flights and hotels in a truly professional and cost effective manner. I tried for weeks to get the connections right for our trip to Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) from Boston along with tickets to the Australian Open and Katrina worked her magic to get us great Business class travel, great hotels and introduced me to her connections to secure Australian Open seats exactly where we wanted them. Katrina and Cook travel are terrific

2 of my favorite things in life: luxury and bargains. When my friend told me that Cook Travel should be my go-to for all things travel, I hesitated. "I can book my own tickets for a better price," I thought to myself. WRONG. Little did I know, Cook Travel found me SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper Business Class flights than anything I could find online. Plus, their agents are remarkably knowledgable, helpful, and REACHABLE. As in, I could speak to a smart, savvy human within 1 minute of calling. Rare these days when everything is automated. I'm a Cook Travel user for life.

I was so pleased to find such a professional company to help make my travel reservations. They Researched a great route in what was a semi-complicated set of travel plans. I had not used Cook before and reached out to them after several futile efforts with other companies to put together an acceptable plan. I was particularly pleased that they minimized layovers. What seemed impossible for other companies all seemed so simple for them. A bonus was the marvelous staff member who worked with me.

Great service by Katrina - she was awesome to work with and found us a very good flight to Australia! We have since asked for her help on other trips, and she has consistently found us great deals on business class trips abroad. She is wonderful!
